Key Accountabilities
- Assist in execution of strategic plans and support procedures by following up with stakeholders on the status of implementation of resolutions issued by the Executive Council ,Executive Committee and directives to ensure all resolutions and directions are executed effectively
- Implement follow up policies and use technological solutions to update decision maker on the status of resolutions implementation to provide immediate data leading to faster decision making
- Analyze all sources of information to provide decisions makers with necessary information they will need to have informative and faster decisions with positive outcomes
- Research available technology to implement best technological tools that will increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the follow up process and follow up reports to provide more accurate and accessible information that will serve concerned stakeholders in responding faster to directives.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
- Experience in Engaging & follow up with stakeholders across level in Government entity.
- Experience in documenting status report & identifying variance in status if any.
- Comfort with technology evaluation and implementation
- Excellence in Oral & Written communication
