Key Accountabilities
- Conduct due diligence & project execution analysis using strategically tools to proactively identify the progress and hinderance to project & initiative implementation to Executive committee & sub committees.
- Prepare progress reports on the program / initiatives and provide executive summaries to the members whenever requested.
- Investigate variances in data consistency and integrity and assist in providing technically sound solutions to address data management and interpretation challenges, implement approved solution and monitor effectiveness
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of the established data management processes through regular quality control inspections of the process and output, identify issues and propose corrective actions
- Preparing the Agendas of the Executive council, Executive committee and sub committees and managing meetings effectively as well as follow up on issues submitted to the committees in coordination with the relevant stakeholders to aid these meetings in achieving their duties.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
- Understand the processes for data acquisition, management, quality, storage, use and application within government entity.
- Strong statistical knowledge and programming skills using related tools
- Expert in computational tools and systems for project management
- Understand applicable laws, rules, policies regarding security, privacy, and management of confidential data.
- Exposure to working with different stakeholders effectively
