Key Accountabilities
  • Drive the landscape scanning on the needs and expectations of the regional communities and develop report for the current and future opportunities in Al Ain region.
  • Share prospective from community partners to lead coordinated regional programs or initiatives that are tailored to the needs of the communities.
  • Lead the resolution of grievances / complaints, resolving issues and settle disputes through arbitration.
  • Overseeing the surveys and develop intelligence and insights to provide inputs for shaping Al Ain policies and procedures.
  • Partner with regional government entities to adopt established crisis and risk management frameworks and ensure compliance to required processes and standards.
  • Lead the development of Youth Council strategy and plans to broaden the impact of the council within region. Coordinate and collaborate with relevant government entities to deliver on the objectives.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Proven working experience in Government and / or Government related entities with a successful track-record with community-based groups.
  • Experience in regional community advocacy and community engagement.
  • Substantial experience and relevant qualifications in the field of Community Partnership.
  • Strong working knowledge in regional programs and policy development.
  • Exposure to Youth work would be an advantage.
