Key Accountabilities
- Partner with stakeholder of DG Office for strategic planning and execution , provide problem-solving support , to facilitate decision-making and consensus-building as part of a team
- Conduct detailed analysis using strategical tools to provide evidence- based approach to support DG office initiatives based on their long term & short term goal.
- Evaluate the progress on the strategy execution and highlight any deviation in execution due to unseen circumstances to develop on-time evidence based solution .
- Conceptualize and support in design program strategies and objectives by partnering with stakeholders , private & public entities , based on political analysis and government policy.
- Support in refining strategic objectives and advocate on behalf of new programmatic approaches in emirates , linked to initiative of country or region as per the need.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
- Proven working experience in Government and / or Government related entities with a successful track-record as advisor or political counsel to Executive leadership.
- Strong working knowledge of government policy processes and experience understanding political context and providing strategic and risk-based advisory
- Experience dealing with complexity, arbitrating strategy and policy trade-offs and complementarities
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and confidential and sensitive information with high level of discretion, integrity and diplomacy.
