Key Accountabilities
- Conduct due diligence & project execution analysis using strategically tools to proactively identify the progress and hinderance to project implementation
- Prepare progress reports on the program / initiatives and provide executive summaries to Director Special projects and any of the members whenever requested.
- Investigate variances in data consistency and integrity and assist in providing technically sound solutions to address data management and interpretation challenges, implement approved solution and monitor effectiveness
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of the established data management processes through regular quality control inspections of the process and output, identify issues and propose corrective actions
- Provide analytical and programming support, if necessary, to facilitate solutioning process when addressing issues raised by the entities or working groups
- Prepare documents such as protocols, manuals, manuscripts and presentation materials necessary to deliver objective of the department
Preferred Experience And Exposure
- Understand the processes for data acquisition, management, quality, storage, use and application with- in specail project team.
- Strong statistical knowledge and programming skills using related tools
- Expert in computational tools and systems for project management
- Understand applicable laws, rules, policies regarding security, privacy, and management of confidential data..
- Knowledge in project management processes which includes initiation, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
