Key Accountabilities
- Identify and collect sources of data and information needed to conduct a comprehensive analysis of current utilization of IT resources and recommend potential technology solutions that can be adopted at organization-wide or departmental levels.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information and better understand their function and technological needs to increase efficiency, productivity and Technicality of IT resources.
- Conduct research into emerging technologies and industry best practices and interrelate research findings with internal organizational analysis to support the development of Digital Services & Solutions strategy and initiatives.
- Conduct business process modelling and generate applicable scenarios to assess technological, financial and Technical feasibility of potential solutions and identify associated risks.
- Conduct risk and benefits analysis of proposed solutions to support the development of business cases for digital transformation projects and initiatives.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
- Exposure to digital strategy development for government entities; is able to understand user requirements and use cases, including understanding the differences in terminology and regulatory contexts.
