Key Accountabilities
  • Translate the business demands and strategy to support the design, delivery, monitoring and maintenance of digital infrastructure for ADEO to ensure quality control, optimal performance and continuous improvement of processes and services.
  • Drive and oversee the implementation of digital programs related to computing systems, network asset management and cloud transformation to proactively identify and remove obstacles in facilitating smooth execution.
  • Establish vendor partnerships and manage the automation of processes to support infrastructure deployment and end-user related requests within Digital Services & Solutions department & ADEO.
  • Lead and oversee the preparation of service-level agreements for all services delivered by the department (e.g., defining, communicating, monitoring, etc.) to ensure customer excellence.
  • Manage and oversee the delivery of responsive operations support for end-user computing and troubleshooting in alignment with best-practice SLAs.
  • Set the standards to measure and monitor the delivery of services and solutions to identify areas for improvement and to create a positive end-user experience with Digital Services & Solutions.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Proven working experience in IT / digital operations, process improvement, quality assurance, different operating systems, web services, API, IP based protocols, database system (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and scripting languages (Perl, Python, BASH, Shell).
  • Strong working knowledge of infrastructure systems and network related tools and techniques with solid understanding of service management.
  • Managerial experience in leading mid-senior technical staff.
