Key Accountabilities
  • Assist in the testing, installation and configuration of operating systems, software and hardware applications to support the day-to-day issues encountered by on-site end users.
  • Conduct technical diagnosis, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in efforts to maximize service uptime to support operational excellence through quality closures and proper escalation of issues.
  • Support in the deployment of hardware tools such as PC, notebook / laptops and printers and support end-user needs in any IT technical matters.
  • Maintain executive conference rooms which include systems, audio visual capabilities, standard room set up and peripheral inventory and provide on-site support on executive meeting preparation, focused on the IT products and technologies deployed on-site.
  • Perform routine systems administration, monitor and maintain IT / tech systems and networks to minimize reoccurring issues.
  • Assist in the development of procedural documents, troubleshooting guides, FAQs and work closely with service desk team in the communication and distribution to ADEO’s internal users.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Proficient in infrastructure systems and network related tools and techniques.
  • Strong technical expertise working with different operating systems, web services, API, IP based protocols, database system (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and scripting languages (Perl, Python, BASH, Shell).
  • CompTIA A+ Certification, ITIL Foundation Certification and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) is an added advantage
