Key Accountabilities
- Establish ADEO’s digital security framework and plan, manage and implement digital security strategies and policies, including the adoption of new technology advances and best practices within digital security to enhance ADEO’s overall cybersecurity management and capabilities.
- Proactively anticipate threats and lead offensive and defensive information security and cybersecurity solutions to secure ADEO’s digital ecosystem.
- Develop and lead digital security risk assessments and provide strategic and technical recommendations following the identification of vulnerabilities in operating systems.
- Protect ADEO’s digital ecosystem by driving operational solutions such as Security Operations Center (SOC) and threat intelligence, and monitor intelligence reports to develop mitigation strategies and protocols against identified threats.
- Establish incident response policies and standards for the organization, oversee the performance of security responses and drive resolution of large-scale security incidents.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on emerging information and cybersecurity related technologies, threats, standards and best practices, and interrelate expertise with ADEO’s digital security landscape to provide comprehensive insights and robust digital security solutions to external partners and ADEO leaders.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
- Proven experience in leading cybersecurity function and developing security risk frameworks, preferably within government / government-related entities.
- Strong experience and understanding of threats from cyber crime, hacktivism, malware, vulnerabilities, fraud and social engineering technique.
- Managerial experience in leading mid-senior technical staff.
- CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, and / or CGEIT certifications are an added advantage
