Key Accountabilities
- Drive and coordinate ADEO’s Future Foresight agenda to develop and review the insights on future trends, discontinuities, emerging opportunities and challenges to inform Abu Dhabi government priorities, strategies and aspirations.
- Engage with external experts, think tanks and other organizations to conduct knowledge sharing and to bring the outside thinking to the future project work.
- Assess current scenarios for efficiency and leads the design of the future scenarios for Abu Dhabi using future thinking to anticipate, understand and navigate emerging trends, technologies and challenges.
- Oversee the development of the multiple scenarios on how the future could look like and work with the team of experts to strategies the project.
- Develop evidence-based analysis, and quantitative and qualitative reporting, to guide policy-making and develop key initiatives for the future projects across Abu Dhabi government entities.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
- Substantial experience and relevant qualifications in managing the future projects.
- Experience in relationship building and knowledge sharing.
- Proven working experience in government/ government related entities is an advantage.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders to facilitate translation of vision and aspirations into strategic directions
- Experience leading teams of highly skilled experts, scientists and consultants
