Key Accountabilities
- Develop , promote and implement standard methodologies, protocols ,and framework for Data Management across the Abu Dhabi government entities to ensure adequacy , accuracy and legitimacy of data .
- Design and set up the decision enablement command center, manage government strategic dashboards to enhance integration with government decisions and policy making
- Act as internal consultant to decision maker , by provide expert advise based on government-wide analytics, statistics, data science a as a holistic portfolio to provide a syndicated drive and alignment.
- Lead technical training content development discussions to develop analytical capabilities of ADEO to service its decision makers’ needs & internal stakeholders
- Propose recommendation on initiatives , dashboard s based upon key insights derived from the large-scale data studies, and identify new opportunities based on advancement in the data management & technology
- Oversee the development of dashboards based on analytics of complex data across government entity to derive the information that support decision maker of ADEO , government entities & other stakeholder .
Preferred Experience And Exposure
- Proven working experience as data management & analytics leader who has overseen successful implementation across enterprise/government-wide.
- Strong public sector expertise to understand user requirements and use cases with knowledge of data management including leading and emerging technologies
- Exceptional influencing and collaboration skills across all levels, particularly senior and influential stakeholders.
- Extensive leadership and managerial experience leading a team (including technical staff)
