Key Accountabilities
  • Integrate the talent wellbeing philosophy within the talent management strategy to enhance workforce productivity and performance
  • Lead the development of wellness and wellbeing policies and procedures to support staff across ADEO
  • Drive the design and implementation of differentiated wellbeing and wellness programs to meet the physical, mental, spiritual and financial wellbeing needs of individuals
  • Partner with various stakeholders across ADEO to drive behavioral change through implementation of wellbeing program/ training, leveraging behavioral drivers to motivate participation
  • Provide data-driven advice to senior stakeholders to adopt wellbeing solutions to manage complex workforce challenges
  • Synthesize data-driven outcomes to articulate impact and effectiveness of health and wellbeing programs to secure senior leaders’ commitment and investment
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience designing and implementing wellbeing strategies and programs
  • Experience in using behavioral levers to motivate change
  • Experience leading large-scale organization transformation
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to address complex workforce challenges
  • Strong knowledge on progressive wellbeing and wellness trends and practices
