Key Accountabilities
  • Identify current and emerging leadership capability needs for the future, providing advice on new and relevant leadership capabilities needed to drive ADEO wide and govt level transformation
  • Establish robust and data-driven identification and selection processes to assess talent readiness and suitability for leadership roles
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop robust succession plans and build a succession pipeline for critical leadership roles
  • Identify capability gaps and design leadership development programs to support transition to leadership roles and enhance leadership capabilities
  • Establish data-driven frameworks to measure effectiveness and return-on-investment for leadership development programs and identify opportunities to improve outcomes
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs such as HiPo programs
  • Experience in developing succession plans for leadership roles
  • Experience in partnering with senior stakeholders to manage complex succession requests
  • Experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs
  • Strong knowledge on leadership assessments and selection
