Key Accountabilities
- Prepare and issue the offer letters as requested by stakeholder in compliance with ADEO’s strategic objective and distribute them as per the internal & legislative standards
- Support in drafting the documentation of a directive to ensure the draft is aligned with legislation and the legal framework.
- Analyze the minutes of the committee meeting using the tools for drafting / formulation & issuance before sending it to the commitees for approval to ensure it meet the internal & legislative standards.
- Support in draft and evaluating executive summaries submitted by the Executive Council and the Executive Council's committee to ensure alignment with strategic objective & adherence to internal & legislative standards.
