Key Accountabilities
- Analyze all Legislation, polices & framework to guide key decision-making processes in line with the regulatory conformance and best-in-class practices
- Research and evaluate all law practices (including methodologies and tools) and solutions to support government entities and related parties in decision making .
- Communicate with all ADEO’s sector about the legislative , policies & framework and any updated change ,to ensure the performance of the sector is aligned to internal & legistative standards.
- Proofread all legislation manuals and documents on a regular base to reflect changes in policies and procedures
- Participate actively in providing trusted advises to key stakeholders (e.g., ADEO Executive Council, Technical Committee for Legislation, sector leaders, authorities, and government entities) and proactively share insights on legislative developments and implementation matters to ensure alignment with ADEO Executive Council and its committees’ priorities
