Key Accountabilities
  • Manage and disseminate the key communications messages to and by the stakeholders in order to maximize the archive & record management reach and influence across ADEO and the Emirate
  • Provide counselling to entities within and outside of ADEO as required on record management and act as a sounding board in key areas to achieve key strategic and organizational goals
  • Oversee accuracy of communications and arrangement of records archive as well as the smooth delivery of services through adopting of technology and collaboration tools to provide optimal effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Facilitate the sector’s archive & repository of project history and lessons learnt to facilitate knowledge sharing across the sector
  • Manage the centralized coordination unit to create clear communication channels between the sector and others within & outside ADEO
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Proven working experience in a managing role in a senior level management office .
  • Extensive knowledge in stakeholder engagement and maximizing communication effectiveness
  • Experience driving large-scale transformations
