Key Accountabilities
  • Drive the strategy formulation process for ADEO and oversee the communication and cascading of approved strategies across ADEO
  • Provide direction on the strategies for organization effectiveness, operation model optimization, and change management to drive organization-wide improvement and transformations, taking into account of the global and local trends as well as best practices.
  • Provide advisory on the development of organization-wide risk management strategies, governance frameworks, policies and procedures as well as monitoring mechanisms, to ensure strong corporate governance as well as to drive risk culture in ADEO
  • Develop future-focused internal communication strategies, policies and processes in line with the strategic direction to enable effective communications, and to foster collaboration and connections amongst employees in ADEO
  • Act as brand ambassador of ADEO, manage media relations and lead key communications that will have impact on ADEO’s reputation, including crisis management communications and positioning of ADEO’s Senior Leadership Team in formal events
  • Establish the service-level agreement for the department to ensure service excellence, and oversee the review of organization effectiveness interventions for continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders of ADEO to drive digital transformation technology enablement as well as commitments required for success of organization-wide change initiatives
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience with senior level engagements / stakeholder management
  • Experience in developing strategies for organizational effectiveness and change management, including experience in improving operating model and organization structure
  • Experience in organization strategy formulation and performance monitoring
  • Exposure in managing strategic communications including crisis and change management communications
  • Experience dealing with media relations and managing complex narratives with a variety of audiences
