Key Accountabilities
  • Drive the development of ADEO’s strategy in coordination with internal organizational units and in line with leadership aspirations and identified internal and external challenges and gaps to Lead Utilization of resources to develop new strategies to increase value creation
  • Direct the annual planning process for strategic organizational initiatives related to achieving the ADEO mandate to Develop Propose innovative ideas that capture value from disruptions and influence mindsets towards non-traditional ways of achieving success
  • Drive the development of a performance management framework and dashboards to monitor and track their performance against those objectives
  • Defines and implement short and long-team goals and strategies with a holistic view about current/future changes and threats in the operating environment
  • Provide ADEO leadership with periodic reports on the level of target achievement across ADEO and highlight any potential risks
  • Develop and monitor a robust performance management and evaluation framework through different aspects and indicators to ensure high quality performance
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience with senior level engagements / stakeholder management
  • Proven working experience in organization strategy formulation and performance monitoring
  • Experience leading large-scale organization transformation
