Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the development of strategic, tactical and operational procedures and plans to provide excellent secretariat and administrative support for Committee members, ADEO’s executive team and other relevant internal and external stakeholders in accordance with the formal protocols as per the By-Laws
  • Partner with key committee members to manage the dynamics; establish practices to improve committee effectiveness and ensure adherence to corporate government practices and Committee By-Laws
  • Oversee information dissemination and communication between stakeholders, taking into consideration committee dynamics and ensuring the delivery of prompt and accurate information
  • Lead follow up activities to track implementation status of decisions and resolutions issued by Executive Council and its Subcommittees, providing frequent status updates as required
  • Drive the adoption of best practices and smart technologies to elevate collaborate and engagement amongst stakeholders
  • Oversee service optimization and transformation to optimize effectiveness and efficiencies in managing secretariat and administrative requests from stakeholders
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience working with multiple senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding on managing committee dynamics
  • Intune with the latest service trends, technologies, established best practices and service standards
  • Experience building high level partnerships and coalitions
