Key Accountabilities
  • Lead research and studies to identify world-class regional growth strategies to build an integrated, innovative and sustainable socio-economies for current and future generations.
  • Establish centralized governance frameworks to track and monitor progress and success of regional development initiatives; grievances / complaints, identifying recurring themes across regions for further action.
  • Develop centralized regional development policies and practices in collaboration with the regional managers to improve quality of services and augment socioeconomic development prospects across Abu Dhabi.
  • Oversee the implementation of the Youth Council strategy and plans to broaden the impact of the council.
  • Develop overall landscape report to anticipate emerging trends and opportunities for Abu Dhabi and facilitate and guide overall collaboration with community partners across ecosystems.
  • Oversee the adoption of crisis and risk management frameworks for all government entities and ensure compliance to required processes and standards
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience working with stakeholders to define and drive research and collaboration strategy.
  • Experience in developing innovative public community partnership models and initiatives.
  • Substantial experience and relevant qualifications in the field of Community Partnership.
  • Intune with the latest engagement trends and established best practices and delivery standards
  • Experience building high level partnerships and coalitions.
