Key Accountabilities
  • Coordinate with stakeholders of ADEO to schedule , communicate & organizing the necessary arrangement to support the respective authority in managing their meetings & agenda effectively.
  • Prepare progress reports on the program / initiatives and provide executive summaries to authorities of ADEO and any of the members whenever requested.
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of the established data management processes through regular quality control inspections of the process and output, identify issues and propose corrective actions
  • Provide analytical and programming support, if necessary, to facilitate solutioning process when addressing issues raised by the entities or working groups
  • Assist in stakeholders in gathering data , materials & organizing them as per the stakeholder needs to be available for for discussion in meeting , media release or any other communication as and when required.
  • Prepare documents such as protocols, manuals, manuscripts and presentation materials necessary to deliver objective of the department

  • Experience supporting team engaged in high intensity work
  • Independently performs high-level administrative tasks that impact effective service delivery by the department
  • Attention to detail, correctness, completeness
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proven working experience managing different levels of stakeholders
