Potential Movements
Key Accountabilities
  • Review correspondence for format and typographical accuracy, assemble the information into a prescribed form with the correct number of copies, and submit it to an authorized official for signature & further action plan.
  • Read & write acknowledgement letter to the stakeholder of incoming correspondence to ascertain nature of writers’ concerns and to determine disposition of correspondence
  • Maintain logbook and control records of all incoming & out going electronic & hard copy to show correspondence activities at Director office
  • Read emails and letters of Director Office & organize them to ensure that the most important ones are read and replied by respective authority and ensure on-time follow-up for action .
  • Research information & data with respect to correspondence before response is generated to support the action approach of responder .
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Proven working experience in Government and / or Government related entities with a track-record in correspondence & Follow up
  • Extensive knowledge in effective and long term stake holder management
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Experience in collecting critical information for drafting communication.
