Key Accountabilities
  • Develop comprehensive project charter based on direction of strategyic Advisory section to define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring 360 feasibility , resource allocation , deliverables , timeline & budgetind.
  • Assist respective project leader to manage any deviation or unseen circumstance change ,leading to the changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Engage with Project stakeholder to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project to track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals of project .
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation of each project for refrence by stakeholders of Director General office
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience in project management with exposure to the applicable policies and processes for Government / Government-related entities.
  • Expert in project management processes which includes initiation, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting and familiar with robust suite of project management tools.
  • Experience in engaging and influencing stakeholders of varying profiles and levels
