Key Accountabilities
  • Set the direction for research, synthesize user requirements and develop insights into leading technologies and ADEO’s technological needs as inputs for the development of Digital Services & Solutions strategy and transformation blueprint.
  • Develop and present business case for digital transformation projects and initiatives leveraging on leading technologies to determine their viability and added value to the organization, and develop comprehensive digital transformation project plans with clearly defined success criteria, evaluation measures, timelines and resources required.
  • Oversee and manage the portfolio of technology solutions and projects, and continuously monitor and evaluate them to ensure they meet current and future organizational needs.
  • Oversee project implementation and conduct regular project reviews, including vendor performance reviews to ensure adherence to project plans and undertake project risk mitigation actions such as schedule changes, cost or resource adjustments if necessary.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with users, technical staff, business leaders, and vendors to gain consensus on project goals, objectives and deliverables, and determine and resolve issues associated with project implementation.
  • Measure and monitor actual Returns on Investment (ROI) of digital projects and initiatives against anticipated ROI and report any potential risks and recommended corrective measures.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Proven working experience in technology solutioning and project management, including planning and overseeing implementation of organization wide IT-related transformative projects within government / government-related entities.
  • Proven experience defining project management frameworks and driving the adoption of Agile practices and values for projects and programs.
  • Strong experience in collaborating and influencing internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including third-party vendors and service providers.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is an added advantage
