Key Accountabilities
  • Translate business requirements into overall execution blueprint for transformation programs and projects in alignment to digital transformation roadmap and oversee execution to ensure effective delivery and implementation of digital, analytical, AI and automation solutions.
  • Engage with business leaders and users to obtain an in-depth understanding of their system specifications, work practices and requirements and lead development of proof of concept for proposed solutions (Technicality, general design, specific features, feasibility) to recommend appropriate digital solutions and viability of implementing emerging technologies.
  • Oversee the design, development, implementation and maintenance of emerging technologies (such as digital/analytical solutions, AI, automation) using agile scrum framework to strengthen ADEO organizational performance and productivity, realize the optimal business value from data assets and enable effective decision-support.
  • Keep up to the date with emerging technologies and recommend digital solutions to support transformation of legacy systems into integrated digital solutions that best address business needs, improve current work operations and innovation of new services.
  • Define Agile/DevOps strategy, guidelines and standards to be used in technology and software development projects, providing advice and guidance to developers to ensure solutions are aligned with business leaders and users' requirements.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Proven working experience in at least two (2) IT disciplines in a service-oriented architecture environment (such as architecture, application development, database, security or infrastructure).
  • Experience in business improvement and transformation projects with technology like AI, automation, analytics, or development of new digital solutions in a complex business applications environment.
  • Strong working knowledge to understand user requirements and use cases.
  • Managerial experience in leading mid-senior technical staff.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
