Key Accountabilities
  • Carry out L2 support for specific platforms to resolve issues, including providing high-level maintenance and update of existing platforms according to plan to improve Technicality and process flow.
  • Support the development operating procedures and maintenance plans, including timelines, resources and scheduled platform updates to facilitate excellence in digital operation delivery and support.
  • Maintain log of service level performance metrics, utilization, throughput and capacity and analyze business digital services (Apps) maintenance activities to support corrective, adaptive and perfective changes to digital solutions and platforms.
  • Install, update, diagnose, troubleshoot and debug specific platforms and applications to enhance and optimize performance, quality, consistency, efficiency. and ensure platforms meet business/operational requirements.
  • Document technical architecture, code changes, issue resolutions and procedures to facilitate continuous improvement for digital solutions and platforms.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Proven working experience in digital service delivery.
  • Experience in providing L2 support and troubleshooting and recovery solutions for digital platforms in a complex business applications environment an advantage.
  • Working knowledge and background in digital, analytics, AI and automation.
  • Working knowledge of Agile/DevOps Methodologies and understanding of user requirements.
  • Experience with Service Level Management and Performance Measurement.
