Key Accountabilities
  • Develop the department strategy and determine the execution plan that will drive the department to meet ADEO’s strategy and leadership expectations
  • Manage the financial planning and annual budgeting for ADEO organizational units with providing direction and various analysis, forecasting indicators and other financial operational statistics and studies while adhering to timeframe
  • Prepare and follow up the annual, semi-annual financial statements and periodic closure of the financial books of accounts with adhering to timeframe along with effective liaison with auditors
  • Define plans for integration of technology within the department through collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders and external SMEs / banks to have a clear result
  • Design & execute the finance governance framework, policy, chart of accounts and design processes to support compliance across the ADEO to manage Finance effectively & efficiently.
  • Partner closely with external and internal stakeholders and provide strategic advice to guide decision making through data-driven insights
  • Develop and maintain integrated dashboards to provide real-time reports. Leverage cutting-edge data visualization
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience in managing a team of finance professionals of varying levels, includes execution plan for the department
  • Experience in developing finance governance framework and process design and integrated dashboards
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the accounting principles, finance and accounting regulatory frameworks and standards for public sector.
  • Experience with stakeholder management and providing strategic advices
  • Experience in ESG integration is an advantage
