Key Accountabilities
  • Manage to define, communicate and oversee the service-level agreement for all Financial excellence services to ensure customer excellence
  • Ensure efficient delivery of core accounting services (staff payroll and benefits, stakeholders payables, receivables and ADEO property plans and equipment’s management)in compliance with department policies and procedures
  • Provide support to auditors through maintaining proper accounting of transactions and managing periodic accounts closing and reconciliation
  • Collate and review financial data on the financial tools, systems and processes to identify gaps or risks
  • Constantly review efficiency of the technology and automated processes and aim for continuous improvement through AI-driven tools
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience in defining Service-level Agreement and customer excellence experience
  • Proven working experience in core accounting services delivery
  • Experience in data science tools and analytics preferable
