Key Accountabilities
  • Plan and implement facilities and infrastructure management policies to optimize facilities life-cycle and performance.
  • Develop Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) frameworks and implement procedures and practices to ensure a safe and reliable workplace environment.
  • Develop facilities maintenance regimes , policies ,guidelines and operational reliability through conducting real time digital monitoring to ensure the physical and electronic security of automated systems in the facilities.
  • Manage maintenance contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure assets are inspected in a timely manner
  • Incorporate relevant ESG framework into department strategy and develop policies as well as processes to achieve the identified ESG objectives
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • In-depth experience in facilities management
  • Experience in SLA and facilities inspection
  • Experience in vendor selection and contracts management
  • Experience in dealing with stakeholders to identify the needs and the quality needed.
