Key Accountabilities
  • Implement the digital transformation initiative across all Abu Dhabi government entities to ensure quality and timely delivery of Digital transformation strategy roadmap as per AD smart city plan
  • Conduct workforce planning and allocate resources for implementing digital initiatives within Abu Dhabi government entities as specified by the digital strategy roadmap, standards, and timeline.
  • Analyze the execution gaps across government entities, if any, and notify departments of any deviations at a government-wide level.
  • Review the implementation strategy , future trends, and propose new operating models so as to enhance the maturity of the digital transformation process in all government entity.
  • Collaboration between government entities for the successful implementation of strategic technology planning.
  • Identify and implement techniques for enhancing workflows and identifying gaps in technology in order to deliver measurable results and effective results as per the standards of AD smart city plan.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Recognized degree in Digital Technology
  • Proven work experience in digital implementation with in Government entity .
  • Strong public sector expertise to understand user requirements and use cases with knowledge of digital landscape, including leading and emerging technologies
  • Broad technical expertise in digital transformation to challenge, translate and drive decisions
  • Exceptional influencing and collaboration skills across all levels, particularly senior and influential stakeholders
