Key Accountabilities
- Provides financial analysis, management analysis, and operational evaluation relating to fiscal budget formulation and governance tools.
- Assess the historical and current fiscal data to provide information during the fiscal year by maintaining and organizing data.
- Assist and advice assigned department(s) or government entities adherence to executive policies and legislative intent
- Develop a plan and roadmap for Fiscal policies adoption and oversee the implementation and roll-out of policies as well as drive adoption and communication plans to increase adoption across the organization and the government entities.
- Oversees the development of the fiscal policies for the Abu Dhbai government and review the policies to ensure they are aligned to the staretgic directions.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
- Experience in leading a team of finance professionals in the government department.
- Experience in the design and development of the fiscal policies.
- Broad understanding of the overall economy outlook and development of Abu Dhabi as well as its revenue sources.
- Experience with senior level engagements / stakeholder management
