Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and review Government Human Capital Strategy
  • Develop key initiatives related to Pivotal talent, Right sizing, and Public Service Transformation Capacity to translate the Government Human Capital Strategy
  • Define future of government jobs by anticipating changes in workforce
  • Analyze responses to initiatives and make data-driven talent decisions that address gaps by leveraging technology and people analytics
  • Identify and engage partners – external providers and entities who would co-create and pilot solutions and support the successful execution of strategies
  • Share perspectives from senior leaders and provide recommendations to enhance GHC policies and programs
  • Provide HR advisory support for all Human Capital strategies, programmes, projects and policies
  • Lead development of HC studies and benchmark using cutting-edge research and scientific literature, provide key insights and monitor the latest HC trends, use insights in enhancing GHC strategy
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Proven working experience in Government and / or Government related entities with a track-record in strategic HR, and providing advisory support to Executive Leadership, government entities, and relevant parties.
  • Extensive knowledge and application of employment and labor laws as well as HR trends and practices
