Key Accountabilities
  • Develop a coordinated HC strategy to drive workforce transformation and deliver positive outcomes
  • Identify current and emerging HC practices to develop forward-looking talent initiatives and policies to support long-term organizational strategies and requirements
  • Conduct employee research by designing appropriate approaches (survey format, focus group, and interviews)
  • Assess the feasibility of implementing emerging HC practices in ADGEs and develop implementation roadmap and timelines
  • Lead the data analytics practice, collaborating with senior stakeholders to develop data analytics frameworks, systems and dashboards, providing data-driven insights to shape talent decisions
  • Drive the development of progressive and talent-focused HR policies
  • Share emerging HR trends practices and future HR strategy, roadmap and progress updates to Department Director
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • In-depth knowledge on employment and labor laws and practices
  • Proven working experience supporting and managing HR practices and policies
  • Experience leading large-scale organization transformation
