Key Accountabilities
  • Develop a government model and framework and oversee the implementation and roll-out of model as well as drive adoption and communication plans to increase adoption to lead the seamless customer experience across all government services in Abu Dhabi.
  • Develop an Abu Dhabi integrated roadmap and public service strategy to elevate service experience for Abu Dhabi government services.
  • Oversee the development of the prototypes of various government service solutions in collaboration with the stakeholder, vendors and recommend the testing and pilot testing to enhance the outcome of the service solution.
  • Recommend suitable and scalable technology to influence build vs. buy decisions, by presenting a strategic case for technological investments and implementation.
  • Oversee the current government services and provide expertise on anticipating, preventing and troubleshooting various service issue.
  • Lead the development of the testing methodologies in collaboration with the agencies to test any new design intervention and concepts before the roll out to improve its performance and effectiveness.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Working experience in Government and / or Government related entities with a successful track-record.
  • Substantial experience and relevant qualifications in the field of Government services.
  • Experience in large-scale service transformation.
  • Comfort with technology evaluation and implementation.
  • Experience in developing innovative service models and initiatives .
