Key Accountabilities
  • Oversee critical and strategic HC projects to drive workforce transformation and deliver positive outcomes
  • Provide technical Assistant Advisorise and advice to shape future HC policies and programs in alignment to ADEO’s strategic direction
  • Engage actively with leaders to understand workforce challenges and provide advice to address issues
  • Influence decisions of key stakeholders to align and adopt talent strategies though the use of data-driven insights and evaluation of long-term organizational strategies and requirements
  • Serve as a coach for the HC department, providing training and guidance to support the professional development and growth of the HC team
  • Share perspectives from senior leaders and provide recommendations to enhance HC policies and programs
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience working as an HR Advisor, HR Consultant or similar role
  • Experience driving large-scale HR transformations
  • Deep technical knowledge across multiple HR disciplines which may include Talent Acquisition, Performance and Rewards, Talent Wellbeing, and Leadership Development & Selection
  • Proven working experience managing senior stakeholders
  • In depth knowledge of progressive HR trends and practices
