Key Accountabilities
  • Drive the development and implementation of career management strategies, programs and experiences tailored to diverse groups of talent and the future capabilities required in ADEO
  • Establish the corporate culture and employee engagement strategy to deliver best-in-class talent experience for ADEO
  • Define talent management strategies in alignment to overall HC strategy to drive workforce transformations
  • Lead the development of skills-based career progression pathways to motivate self-directed career journeys and growth within ADEO
  • Design talent journeys and experiences for multiple personas, assessing and identifying relevant technologies needed to drive personalization and elevate experience across talent touchpoints
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders to implement personalized talent management programs that enhance talent engagement and experiences
  • Develop and refine talent policies and procedures to ensure alignment to desired talent experiences and culture within ADEO
  • Establish data-driven frameworks to assess employees’ sentiments; measure effectiveness and returns of career management programs
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience in designing and developing organization-wide integrated talent management programs and personalized talent experiences
  • Experience in organization design for complex organization structures
  • Strong understanding of the HR technology tools to elevate talent experiences
  • Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws and practices
  • Exposure to a mature integrated Talent Management function would be an advantage
