Key Accountabilities
  • Support the design and development of the Performance Management and Evaluation frameworks to monitor the performance of the various programs.
  • Assist in analyzing the programs in AD government entities that are not progressing as planned.
  • Maintain and update the performance management documents to reflect changes in Performance Management frameworks.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports for the leadership on the key issues in conducting the performance evaluation for various programs across Abu Dhabi government entities.
  • Support the leadership in identifying and fulfilling business requirements for digital tools and technologies to automate the dashboards and reports.
