Key Accountabilities
  • Develop the Procurement strategy and determine the annual planning process that will drive the department to meet ADEO’s vision & strategy
  • Provide strategic advisory to the ADEO’s leadership team to facilitate decision making related to ADEO’s procurement and Strategic sourcing, process improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and drive the formulation of sustainable procurement strategies through the incorporation of Environment, Social and Governance framework and establish key practices to operationalize the strategy to bring about sustainable outcomes for ADEO
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as digital transformation using new methodologies and mitigate potential vendor or contractual risks through governance and monitoring frameworks.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Proven experience managing supply chain operations.
  • Experience using supply chain management software and tools, including Oracle, SAP Ariba, and/or Envision.
  • In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
  • Management and leadership skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
