Key Accountabilities
  • Draft & Review the contracts and the agreement activities, liaising with legal department to manage change as per the standard terms & condition as defined by ADEO
  • Initiating the high value Tenders / RFPs and managing the full tendering process including the contract award & executions, negotiations of proposals BAFO, managing contractual risks, dispute resolutions and updating the IA Risk register.
  • Provision and maintain a leading class procurement process for the categories with provision of the highest level of Procurement expertise
  • Achieve cost reduction targets, help to develop new cost reduction strategies and improve negotiable spend via sourcing and demand management, ensuring savings are approved and reported as appropriate
  • Execute complex RFPs and negotiations in compliance with the six stages of the sourcing process and support the analysis of the information.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Recognized degree in supply chain management, contract management ,business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a vendor manager.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
