Key Accountabilities
  • Develop, evaluate and fine-tune the draft of decisions made by the Executive Council and its committees in collaboration with relevant sectors.
  • Review committee minutes, verify the drafting and formulation of the minutes and the issuance tool before they are approved by the committee concerned.
  • Analyze the executive summaries presented to the Executive Council and its committees, and ensure they are drafting/formulating in accordance with the laws in force
  • Prepare review criteria and drafting guidelines so that documents (e.g., minutes, official correspondence, executive summaries, documentation of directives, etc.) are drafted according to current regulations and internal standards.
