Key Accountabilities
  • Engage with the Executive Council and its committees and maintain conversant on key decisions and topics brought forward to have an overarching view of critical matters and anticipate emerging themes.
  • Provide oversight across recommendations, proposals and official documents developed by Resolution department to ensure alignment with the strategic objectives and requirements of the Executive Council and its committees.
  • Define the strategic research agenda on matters related to resolutions, policies and frameworks in alignment to ADEO Executive Council and its committees’ areas of focus and lead these studies to generate insights to support decision making and drafting of resolutions.
  • Establish review criteria and drafting guidelines to verify documents (e.g., minutes of meeting, official letters, executive summaries, documentation of directives etc.) and ensure that they are drafted in accordance with legislations in force and internal standards.
  • Partner with Legislation department on directives and official letters to ensure all official communications are consistent and aligned with Legal Affairs’ plans.
