Key Accountabilities
  • Manage delivery and execution for assigned capital projects, from planning, execution, control and monitor and completion according to approved plans and standards, including ensuring operational risks and issues are addressed and resolved.
  • Liaise with project delivery partners and service providers and monitor site progress to ensure progress of works are completed, including inspection of works on site, comparison with plans and specification and preparation of site daily activities and reports.
  • Analyze, identify and proactively respond to any risk that arises over the project lifecycle and undertake necessary corrective actions to rectify issues within the respective projects.
  • Monitor project progress and completion for quality assurance, prepare the necessary reports to summarize progress of project and escalate issues accordingly to Programme Manager for resource, capability and risk mitigation support.
  • Manage and conduct project documentation throughout each stage of project delivery according to project controls, processes and policies to facilitate change management process, asset handover and transfer and end user stratifications.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Proven working experience and track record in delivery and execution of capital projects, across full project life-cycle with particular emphasis on xx portfolio. (To be determined by ADEO).
  • Familiar with a variety of the concepts, practices and procedures within the specific project portfolios and exposure to the applicable policies and processes for Government / Government-related entities is an advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge on project management processes which includes initiation, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting and familiar with robust suite of project management tools.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification.
