Key Accountabilities
  • Apply the framework for strategy making that applies data-driven, design and technology-based approach and analysis to identify emerging issues and trends, distill insights to develop / review the Economics strategies.
  • Synergize efforts with Policy lab and Future Foresight to formulate and review strategies addressing complex issues and provide data-driven advisory to senior stakeholders on all matters related to Education and Government of the future strategies to bring outside in thinking to strategy formulation.
  • Drive and coordinate ADEO’s strategy agenda to develop and review Education & Employment of the future strategy in Abu Dhabi; critically analyze Strategy in the context of complex systems to highlight gaps, develop insights and recommend solutions to inform strategy design and implementation.
  • Collaborate with other senior members of the strategy department to develop standards of excellence for innovative strategy design and strengthen capacity and capability of the team .
  • Engage partners such as industry practitioners, institutes of higher learning and think tanks to conduct outreach and consultations on Education & Government of the Future issues.
  • Influence senior stakeholders to communicate the strategies and build coalition to drive successful implementation.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Substantial experience and relevant qualifications in the field of government transformation and strategies.
  • Experience in public strategy design and evaluation. .
  • Experience dealing with complexity, arbitrating strategy and complementarities.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders to facilitate translation of vision and aspirations into strategic directions.
  • Experience leading teams of highly skilled experts, scientists and consultants.
