Key Accountabilities
  • Monitor progress of the execution of archive & record activities as advice by the ADEO entities to ensure achievement of the intended objectives within the timeline and budget, and highlight the challenge associated with if any .
  • Monitor the activities across the archive & record sector entities to ensure effective allocation of space and technology within approved funds as per policies , meeting ethical standards.
  • Partner with government entities and champion innovative thinking to support in record management which are future focused to responsive to global & local market changes; maintain channels for on time report generation to facilitate knowledge sharing across the sector
  • Support in archiving project management documentation in line with the Abu Dhabi Archive & Record protocol & guidelines .
  • Support in preparing reports for presentation to the key stakeholders with in ADEO , as well as external partners as necessary
  • Monitor the technology upgradation of Archive & record unit to enhance the experience of stakeholder and drive goal of centralized Archive & Record unit.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience in administrating portfolios of complex projects Archive & record unit
  • Experience in managing documentation of project management with exposure to the applicable policies and processes for Government / Government-related entities.
  • Experience in engaging & managing stakeholders at all level
  • Broad understanding in data management & technology
