Key Accountabilities
  • Record & Prepare post data archive reports based on data analytics on the program / initiatives and provide executive summaries to key stakeholders and any of the members whenever requested.
  • Analyze the requests data from government entities and apply a systems thinking approach to analyze the impact and adjacencies in order to build holistic recommendations for a coordinated development of the ADEO’s sector aligned to vision and strategies of Abu Dhabi.
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of the established data management across Archive & Record through regular quality control inspections of the process and output, identify issues and propose corrective actions
  • Provide analytical and programming support, if necessary, to facilitate solutioning process when addressing issues raised by any ADEO ’s entities or working groups
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Understand the processes for data acquisition, management, quality, storage, use and application with- in Archive & Record section.
  • Strong statistical knowledge and programming skills using related tools
  • Expert in computational tools and systems for project management
  • Understand applicable laws, rules, policies regarding security, privacy, and management of confidential data
