Key Accountabilities
  • Develop ADEO’s strategy in coordination with internal organizational units and in line with leadership aspirations and identified internal and external challenges and gaps
  • Drive and manage the annual planning process for strategic organizational initiatives related to achieving ADEO mandate
  • Coordinate with ADEO’s organizational units to translate the strategy into actionable and measurable programs, set achievable targets and develop KPIs in line with the corporate strategy
  • Develop a performance management framework and the dashboards that translate ADEO’s mission and plans into tangible objectives and measures to support organization units in monitoring and tracking their performance against those objectives
  • Collaborate with the sectors to ensure that measurable and realistic KPIs are set in order to monitor performance and achievements against ADEO’s corporate plan
  • Prepare performance improvement recommendations, follow-up on their implementation as well as prepare periodic reports on the level of target achievement and highlight any potential risks
  • Coordinate with sectors to ensure performance measurement against identified targets, and ensure that finds are reported, and recommendations are provided as needed
  • Conduct research studies on strategic planning & performance management global best practices in order to continuously improve the effectiveness & efficiency of work
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Knowledge and understanding of organization strategy formulation and performance monitoring
  • Proven working experience in organizational diagnosis and preparing reports
  • Experience in benchmarking and sharing best practices
