Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the development of organizational effectiveness solutions in a range of areas including changes to the operating model, organization structure, processes, and policies
  • Lead the development and implementation of corporate governance framework to ensure organization-wide policies, procedures and standards are adhered to for quality assurance
  • Lead the design, implementation, re-engineering of ADEO processes and its periodic reviews as well as lead the development of business continuity plans
  • Lead the development and implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) documents such as internal policies, manuals, process descriptions, procedures, etc., across ADEO’s departments and ensure alignment to the QMS and institutional business processes
  • Lead the development of excellence programs and initiatives as well as promote participation in local and international award programs
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience with senior level engagements / stakeholder management
  • Proven working experience in organizational effectiveness and change management, including experience in improving operating model, organization structure, and corporate governance
  • Experience working in organizational excellence, organizational processes, and quality management
  • Experience leading large-scale organization transformation
