Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the strategic, tactical and operational plans in accordance with the formal protocols as laid out in the by-Laws that enables the Executive committee and its sub-committees to operate at the highest levels in carrying out its fiduciary duties in a seamless manner
  • Provide access to advisory and counsel on matters that promote committee effectiveness and ensure good corporate governance practices by monitoring compliance to committee by-law and raising concerns when needed to organize committee sessions effectively and smoothly.
  • Engage in preparing the Agendas of the Executive council, Executive committee and sub committees and managing meetings effectively as well as follow up on issues submitted to the committees in coordination with the relevant stakeholders to aid these meetings in achieving their duties.
  • Assess available technology and best practices to implement best solutions that will expand the Executive Committee and its sub-committees reach and influence, as well as collaboration with ADEO’s executive team to provide a smooth and effective function.
