Key Accountabilities
  • Assist in strategic ,operational and support plans in accordance with the formal protocols as laid out in the by-Laws that enables the Executive committee and its sub-committees to operate at the highest levels in carrying out its fiduciary duties in a seamless manner
  • Support in implementation of policies on matters that promote committee effectiveness and ensure good corporate governance practices by monitoring compliance to committee by-law and raising concerns when need to organize committee sessions effectively and smoothly.
  • Assist in preparing the Agendas of the Executive council, Executive committee and sub committees and managing meetings effectively as well as follow up on issues submitted to the committees in coordination with the relevant stakeholders to aid these meetings in achieving their duties.
  • Research available technology and best practices to implement best solutions that will expand the Executive Committee and its sub-committees reach and influence as well as collaboration with ADEO’s executive team to provide a smooth and effective function
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Previous experience in preparing and planning for committee sessions efficiently
  • Proven work experience in implementation best measures that operates at highest level.
  • Ability to report effectively follow up procedures or any concerns raised.
  • In-depth knowledge in preparing agendas.
  • Comfort with technology evaluation and implementation.
