Key Accountabilities
  • Support in development of the department strategy and determine the execution plan that will drive the department to meet ADEO’s strategy and leadership expectations
  • Support the financial planning and annual budgeting for ADEO organizational units with providing direction and various analysis, forecasting indicators and other financial operational statistics and studies while adhering to timeframe
  • Support preparation of the annual, semi-annual financial statements and periodic closure of the financial accounting books with adhering to timeframe along with effective liaison with auditors
  • Prepare and maintain complete and reliable general ledger and cash management financial records and documents in accordance with policy, procedures, and financial standards to support management in the decision-making
  • Support in developing finance governance framework and design processes to support ADEO drive their objective within financial governance framework.
  • Propose integrated dashboards to provide real-time reports. Leverage cutting-edge data visualization and plans for continuous technology integration.
  • Conduct overall day-to-day financial operations, reconciliations, and achievement of key metrics of the department through data analytics
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Proven recognized degree in Finance
